- In large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and chopped onion. Cook 4-5 minutes until onions are translucent- add salt & pepper
- Add chicken to onions, cook until chicken is done
- Add ginger, tomatoes, cayenne, paprika, crushed red pepper, and broccoli. Reduce heat to medium low & add water. Allow to simmer until sauce starts to become thick. This takes a while.
- Add peanut butter in small amounts at time.
