  • In large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and chopped onion. Cook 4-5 minutes until onions are translucent- add salt & pepper
  • Add chicken to onions, cook until chicken is done
  • Add ginger, tomatoes, cayenne, paprika, crushed red pepper, and broccoli. Reduce heat to medium low & add water. Allow to simmer until sauce starts to become thick. This takes a while.
  • Add peanut butter in small amounts at time.
  • Enjoy!!

Protein Bites recipe- a quick back to school snack!

Does back to school week equal hungry kids in your household? If you need a quick & healthy snack recipe-  well you are in luck! This is a favorite in our household. They even make a great grab and go breakfast for those mornings that no one has had breakfast yet, but it’s time to rush out the door 🙂

Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together, form into balls. Place on cookie sheet & refrigerate. ENJOY!!!
