  • In large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and chopped onion. Cook 4-5 minutes until onions are translucent- add salt & pepper
  • Add chicken to onions, cook until chicken is done
  • Add ginger, tomatoes, cayenne, paprika, crushed red pepper, and broccoli. Reduce heat to medium low & add water. Allow to simmer until sauce starts to become thick. This takes a while.
  • Add peanut butter in small amounts at time.
  • Enjoy!!

We celebrate taco Tuesday every week! Here is a simple and quick taco seasoning mix! Not only is it cost effective, but it is nice to be in charge of the ingredients! You could also make this ahead and seal in an airtight container! Enjoy!!
